Course Details:

The CDM Regulations were originally introduced in 1994, were revised in 2007 and again 2015.

The regulations are structured to ensure the following:

There is a co-ordinated approach to health and safety on site, particularly where there are several contractors on site at any one time.

Adequate time and resources are committed at a sufficiently early stage to draw health and safety into the design and planning phases.

Course Aims:

On completing the course, you will understand:

Preparing and modifying designs for safety and health.

How to eliminate, reduce and control risks through design.

Tools to help you with the design risk management process.
